Return Policy:

Change of Mind - If you change your mind you may return it within 7 working days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, once inspected and found to be in the same condition as originally shipped, you will be given a refund minus our costs.

Faulty Item - In the unfortunate event that your item turns out to be faulty, you must inform us immediately and return the item within 7 working days of receipt. Once you have returned the item including original packaging, and the item is found to be faulty, we will either refund you in full or dispatch you a replacement, the choice is yours. In either case, the return postage will be refunded (2nd class only). Send it Royal Mail 2nd class together with original packaging – be sure to get proof of postage, as if it does not arrive, no refund will be given.

Shipping:

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from payment. Please allow 7 working days for your item to arrive. We send everything Royal Mail 2^nd Class or Standard Parcel.

All items sold are new and are checked before dispatch

Lost in Post – We obtain proof of posting for all items, which although providing no tracking service does give insurance to a value of £39. Once dispatched, we accept no liability for goods in transit but in the event of loss or damage we will be happy to process the Royal Mail claim. Please note that you will not be compensated until we have processed the claim. The Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 15 “working” days after the date of posting, after which the Royal Mail has to process and investigate the claim itself. As you can appreciate the time scale involved can be very long.
