By using one zipper on each side you can open the bag totally, this gives easy access to the bag and you can sit in the bag with the full use of your arms and legs. The foot section has a removable foot bucket made from a heavier material to protect the sleeping bag when sleeping with your boots on. The boot bucket can also be a water carrier and sleeping kit stuff sack.
